RIVER BEND WEST COMMUNITY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MONTHLY BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 7, 2011 LIMESTONE LIBRARY
Meeting called to order at 6:30pm by Erin Walker. Board members present: Erin Walker, Debbie Turner, Jim Gall, Chris Benoit, Dave Baron and Leroy Sarowatz. We are now short one board member after the sudden death of Jeff Duffield last month. One homeowner, Linda Faber, was present and volunteered to be on the board to fill the vacancy until the election.
Secretaries report was read by Debbie, motion to approve by Dave , seconded by Leroy and all others agreed.
Treasurers report was read by Debbie, motion to approve by Dave, seconded by Leroy and all others agreed. Two new bills were presented: $10 to Secretary of State for the association annual report and $58.13 to Erin Walker for the flowers she ordered for Jeff’s services. Dave made a motion to pay these bills and Leroy seconded and all others agreed.
Old Business: Erin will call the attorney again as we have not heard back from her on the status of the lawsuits for non dues payment and the boat or her opinion on the new attached garage.
New Business: Leroy suggested we order three banners for the annual garage sale to post at the entrances. Debbie asked if she could get better signs made for the meeting notices as the old ones are in bad shape. Debbie will call again about the mowing bill and Erin will ask the attorney about her bill before the end of the year. Debbie will get the taxes done after Jan 1. We will have a sign up sheet at the annual meeting asking for email addresses so we can do an email vote on future issues since very few people come to the meetings to vote. We will talk about the shell money and what to do with it at the annual meeting. Dave asked for a new listing of all homeowners, Debbie will provide this to the board members. The annual meeting will be Feb 4, 2011 at the library at 10 am. Debbie will check with the library that the room is available. A nominating committee was named: Shan Cinnamon, Chad Gessner and Christy Strole. Debbie will call and ask them to get homeowners to replace Jim Gall and Jeff Duffield. Erin will let us know if she wants to run again. Chris will stay on as long as his work schedule does not change. Through word of mouth we heard that Steve Devine and Rich Berns may be interested as is Linda Faber if needed.

The meeting was adjourned at 7pm with a motion by Dave and seconded by Chris and all others agreed.

One homeowner present Secretaries report read by Debbie Motion to approve by Dave seconded by Jeff and all others agreed Treasurers report read by Debbie Motion to approve by Dave seconded by Jeff and all others agreed Miscellaneous: Leroy went to the township meeting and now they say that all the intersections will be torn up and replaced when the water is brought in. Leroy also did some research on what we could do at the river lot in the future with the Shell money. A brief summary is: need a state permit which should be easy to get could do work on the river bank to make it accessible no solid structure but pavilion would probably be ok picnic tables must be in cement no survey needed need drawing for permit who would pay for upkeep? Bids? Our ideas : fence no playground street lights Mail or email vote Letter to submit ideas Cable without lock to deter people not going in who shouldn’t floating dock New garage has only a roof and no walls so therefore it is not enclosed A letter will be sent to him to tell him he must follow the plans he submitted and according to the covenants It was brought up again that all attorney fees the association has because of a covenant issue should be reimbursed by that homeowner Motion by Dave at 7:15pm to adjourn the meeting seconded by Jeff and all others agreed

Leroy went to the township board meeting when they discussed road repairs after the water mains are done They stated the roads would not be torn up as they are going under the roads
One homeowner present suggested that we use the money form the Shell settlement to improve the river lot: benches, gazebo, river access, pavilion, fire pit, picnic tables, etc. It was decided that the board would come up with about 4 ideas and it would be voted on at the annual meeting as to how to spend the money Email and letters will go out to remind people of this and ask their input as it is their association
Debbie asked for a motion to pay her $31.86 for the lightbulb that was burned out on the sign at 113 Dave made the motion and Jeff seconded and all others agreed

Erin called the meeting to order at 6:30 with a motion by Debbie and seconded by Jeff.
Diana explained about the easement by 113 on the river lot that would result in us getting a large sum of money from the Shell settlement. Erin had the attorney review the papers and they were in orde.r We need to get our tax ID number from the accountant and check to see that we can carry that money over to 2012 without a penalty. Shell wants it dispersed as soon as possible. Erin and Jeff will sign the papers with a notary. Debbie made the motion and Leroy seconded. The secretaries report was read by Debbie, Jeff made a motion to approve and Leroy seconded and all others agreed. Debbie read the treasurers report, Jeff made a motion to approve, Jim seconded and all others agreed. Erin had the architects blueprints for Windmiller’s garage. They are within compliance of the covenants so they were approved. (this was actually done last month with the rough prints) One neighbor by the retention pond with the cattails would like us to hold off on spraying as they like them and they will talk to the other homeowners around the area. Debbie will get the NO DUMPING signs as there are people dumping on all the grassy areas in the neighborhood. Linda Faber suggested trail cams if it is still a problem in the future .Debbie made a motion at 7pm to go into closed session to discuss legal matters .Erin seconded and all others agreed.

Original meeting was Wed June 1 but there were only three board members so there was not a quorum. Robert Windmiller was present to present a plan for a garage addition but was told we did not have a quorum to vote so we would be having a meeting within a week.

New Business Erin will take paper work from shell to the attorney to check over before we sign
Homeowner at 113 with vacant lot is trying to sell and wanted a letter stating he never had to build on the lot which was provided
Robert Windmiller here again for permission for a garage it will be attached with a breeze way he was told as long as it was under 750 sq feet and matched his house it was ok he has to follow county codes for how far back it must be from the property lines

5-4-11 Minutes

RIVER BEND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION BOARD MEETING MAY 4, 2011
LIMESTONE LIBRARY 6:30pm
Called to order by Erin Walker Board. Present: Erin Walker, Jeff Duffield, Debbie Turner,
Chris Benoit, Jim Gall, Dave Baron & 4 homeowners present
Secretaries report was read by Debbie. Motion to approve by Jeff, seconded by Dave and all others agreed. Covenants were sent to the 2 new homeowners.
Email working well: Debbie sent notices about egg hunt clean up and meeting.
Treasurer's report read by Debbie. Motion to approve by Chris seconded by Jeff, and all others agreed.
Motion by Dave, seconded by Jeff to pay the liability insurance to Datweiler Insurance, which is due May 18 all others agreed. Second notices were sent to 5 homeowners for dues all but 4 have now paid.
Mowing bids were opened and reviewed. Lowest bid was Jeff Duffield. He will start mowing tomorrow.
12 kids were at the Easter egg hunt in the rain. Four homeowners were at the clean up. We planted at the 113 sign, cleaned up the River Bend sign and picked up garbage. We would have to call the county to do a controlled burn by 113 so that may be left to the homeowner.
Shell representative was here to answer questions. They will start digging at 4000 Rd in June and reach us by Fall but probably won’t start here until Spring 2012. Our wells will be capped- cut 2 ft down pull out pump and fill with solution to seal. Fire hydrants about 300 ft apart will be installed. They will dig down 4 ½ feet at stick and by house for pipes will fix landscapes and driveways. Well, they'll probably give homeowner a check to fix it themselves after we get bids. Pipes will be 5 ft off road in ditch.
One homeowner present was upset again about pool issue. No pools are allowed.

Annual Meeting 2-26-11

seconded by Bob West and all others present agreed.
Treasurers report read by Dave, motion to approve by Erin, seconded by
Chris and all others agreed.
Election of Board: Linda Faber, Dave Rivard and Steve Goytia stepped
down. Leroy Sarowatz, Jeff Duffield and Dave Baron volunteered to take
a spot on the board. The nominating committee did not have any other
names and no one else present was interested and no one opposed those
named. Erin made a motion to approve them, Dave seconded and all
others agreed.
Mowing bids will be due May 1 to Debbie. Linda will put ad in the
paper.
Debbie turned in a receipt for $27.90 for postage for the post cards
for the mailing for this meeting. Erin made a motion to pay, Chris
seconded and all others agreed.
Tom Martin asked that the board look into the drainage problem in the
retention pond behind his house. He says it needs a load of dirt,
scraped to kill the cattails and regraded. We will have to check with
the county on this.
There was discussion for the coming year to continue the Easter egg
hunt, wiener roast and garage sale. We will coordinate with Limestone
Meadows this year.
Jim Gall talked with Mike Corum insurance and he cannot beat the quote
from Earl Datweiler for the coming year but could match it.
Covenant committee of Debbie, Erin, Steve Devine, Rita Sproul and Steve
G met on Jan19. 6 rewording on signs to allow for short period of
time, incandescent word removed in 7, 11 small swimming pool allowed,
20 72 hours. See attached
Erin would like to see something in writing about how we address
covenant violations.
Christy Strole would like someone else to take over the webmaster- I
will see what is involved.
Meeting was adjourned at 10:25am with a motion by Bob West, seconded by
Dave and all others in agreement.

The new board then met to assign positions. Erin Walker president and
Jeff Duffield vice president. Debbie will talk to Dave Baron about
sec/treas job. Others not interested. Erin will call attorney to
check if it is legal to have a trailer in violation of covenants towed
at owners expense. Meetings will be first Wed of the month now. Jeff
will talk to homeowner about trailer in yard. Chain of events will be
1) talk 2) letter 3) attorney for all violations. We will possibly
work on the river front this year if money is available. Meeting
adjourned at 11am with motion by Jeff and seconded by Chris and all
others in agreement. Next meeting April 6, 2011.

check with the atty also on the pending lawsuit for status update
Leroy had a question about why we mow the park if it is the park
district property- he will check with them as we don not know why- it
has always been that way?

Meeting was called to order at 6:35pm by Linda Faber. Present were
Erin Walker, Debbie Turner, Dave Rivard, Jim Gall and Chris Benoit.
One homeowner was present.

Public comment by Leroy Sarowatz stating that the garbage cans were
delivered today. Don Anderson asked when the minutes would be posted.
We reminded him there was no meeting in December so we would approve
the November minutes tonight and then get them to Christy to post but
it could take up to three months for her to post them.

Secretaries report was read by Debbie, motion to approve by Erin,
seconded by Dave and all others were in agreement.

Correspondence: Scenic Landscape sent a tin of popcorn as a thank you
for the business in 2010. Linda had Dave pay the Sec of State $10 for
Article of Incorporation that were due before this meeting.
Old Business: Linda gave Jim the quote form Ryan Reum to give to Mike
Corum for a quote for next year. Covenant committee will meet this
month to work on rewording of a few covenants prior to the annual
meeting. See attached email from attorney.
New Business: Debbie will call library to hold room for annual meeting
for Feb 26 at 10am with Feb 19 as second choice. Debbie will mail out
postcards two weeks prior. Dues are due April 1 so that will go in a
separate mailing. Debbie will talk to a few people to be on the
nominating committee. Linda Faber’s term is up and she is stepping
down. Leroy Sarowatz was at the meeting and stated he is interested in
being on the board. Debbie will fill out paperwork for library for
monthly meeting room use. Linda will put an ad in the Journal seeking
bids for mowing and will call Scenic and Dave Butz to be sure they know.
Debbie made a motion to go in to closed session a t 7:05pm seconded by

Meeting called to order by Linda at 6:35pm. No public comment. Debbie read secretaries report, motion to approve by Erin, seconded by Dave and all other in agreement.

Treasurers report read by Dave,motion to approve by Debbie, seconded by Jim and all others in agreement.

Old Business: Christy will post minutes and financials to website but needs three month leeway. She will note that on the site also. It will also be put on the website that if a homeowner wants to discuss something with a board member other than in a meeting, to be courteous and call first. It will be encouraged to bring the matter if not urgent to the next scheduled meeting.

Most covenant issues were resolved„ others to be discussed in closed session.

The pile of brush by 113 will be burned by property owner. There was some discussion about the water project; a rep is going to each house to get papers signed.

Allied Waste lowered prices again to match the city of Kankakee. $14.26 and $1.30 admin fee per month. No fuel charge.

New Business: There are no pressing issues so there will be no Dec meeting. Ô will send
insurance cover sheets to Ô Lemenager Ô Insurance and Mike Ô for quotes. Mike Ô come to a meeting to talk to us also. We currently use Ryan Ô who will also give a new quote.

Linda made a motion at 6:55 pm to go into closed session, seconded by Debbie and all others agreed. Motionby Erin and seconded by Jim to come out of closed session after 15minutes.

Erin called the meeting to order at 6:40pm with a motion by Dave, seconded by Debbie. Debbie read the secretaries report. Dave made a motion to accept, Steve seconded and all were in agreement.
Dave read the treasurers report. Debbie made a motion to accept, Steve seconded
and all others agreed.

Mr Don Anderson was present and had public comment. He again brought up the subject that his pool was not a swimming pool as deemed not allowed in the covenants but rather just a pool which is allowed. He again brought up about outhouses and hot tubs which he says are not allowed but are present. He was told that no pools are allowed as per
the covenants and the covenants do not address hot tubs or outhouses. He still feels we can not waive the dues of new board members. He states we never have a quorum when we vote. He left after about fifteen minutes of complaints.

Old business: the lights were installed at Denaults corner on the sign. Lot 40 was cleaned up.
Lot 54 is working on it. Lot 34 will get it cleaned up but was upset because this is the neighbors dumping on her empty lot. She asked that letter be sent to her neighbors to not dump there. Debbie will do this. The street at Devines corner has been fixed. Debbie will call Kramer about the holes from the water company.

The bonfire went great about 50 people present.

See attached proposal from Allied Waste for garbage service. A and J said they could match the service but would need to keep their price now which is about $8 more per month. Debbie will distribute a flier to let homeowners know their options and make their own decision.

The park district will add more mulch at the park but will probably wait until the spring. All minutes and covenants are now on the website. Dave will also send Christie the financials to post.

Erin called the county about sheds and their only rules are that they can be no closer than 5 feet to the rear of the property, no more than 22 feet high, must have a permanent foundation and there is no limit on size.

Compliance committee update was given by Steve. He heard back from the attorney on some of the points that were asked. The committee will meet again soon. Steve will email each of us the updated covenants the attorney did and ask her to finish the questions she did not answer. Steve statedthat we could put a lien on property for fines that were imposed for not following the covenants. See the enclosed attachment.
Dave made a motion to go into closed session to discuss some issues, Jim seconded.

Called to order by Linda at 6:30 pm. Public comment by Jim Bruno asking for a copy of the covenants because he believes a neighbor has a steel shed that is not in compliance. Linda told him that since the shed has been there since before the board was active and the current owners bought it, we felt that there was nothing we could do as told to us previously by the county. He asked that we check with our attorney which we will do and Erin will also call the county to see if anything has changed on our rights to enforce this. He also asked about the potholes by Devine’s corner. Linda did call the road commissioner and was told it would be fixed three weeks ago. Debbie will send a letter to him and the township board. Debbie will get Jim a copy of the current covenants. The secretary’s report was read by Debbie, motion to approve by Erin and seconded by Dave- all others were in agreement. Treasurer’s report was read by Dave, motion to approve by Erin, seconded by Debbie- all others were in agreement. There is only one homeowner who has not paid their dues now. Dave asked to be paid for postage for $8.00. Debbie made the motion, Erin seconded and all others agreed. OLD BUSINESS: Debbie will email all minutes to Christy to put on the website as well as the covenants. Linda talked to Denaults about putting lights on the sign by their house and they were happy to have them. Debbie volunteered to purchase these for $60. A motion was made by Debbie and seconded by Dave and all others agreed. Debbie will call Scenic landscaping to see if they are done with the landscaping on the corner lot and also to see if they are being paid for the lots they mow for homeowners who have not built yet. (2) The insurance bill questions from last month did not need a call around vote because one bill was for the property liability and the other was for the board members liability which had already been approved to pay as these are billed in two parts. The new board will get quotes next year to seek a better price. The “NO CONSTRUCTION TRAFFIC” sign by 113 is down again- Donnie Turner will check this again as it was up when he last checked. Chris was not here to tell us if the park had more mulch added so Debbie will check on this. NEW BUSINESS: Weenie Roast will be Sunday Oct 3 at 5pm since Saturdays are so busy. We want more people to be able to come. Linda will get s’mores and condiments, Debbie wood and Erin hot dogs, buns and plates. Debbie will do the flier. The covenants committee met at Steve Goytias. Present was Debbie Turner, Steve Schultz, Rita Sproul, Dave Baron, and Steve Goytia. They compared 3 different subdivisions covenants and prepared a list of possible clarifications to give to the attorney to review. Again these were only some minor wording changes. They will meet again after hearing from the attorney and hope to have any changes made for voting at the annual meeting in Feb 2011. Linda asked the attorney to bill us quarterly from now on so the bill does not get so large. A motion was made by Erin to go into closed session and seconded by Dave and all others were in agreement. After discussion of covenant violations a motion was made by Erin to come out of closed session and seconded by Jim and all others agreed. A motion was then made by Erin to take legal action against the homeowner with the dog run and non- payment of dues for 6 years. This was seconded by Debbie and all others agreed. Covenant issues: Political signs in yards- by law people are allowed to have small political signs in yard before elections. Pool dispute- uphold covenant NO ABOVE GROUND SWIMMING POOLS which includes “kiddie pools” as it is too hard to make different rules for size or how long they are left up.

Election of board members John Jones and Christy Strole terms are not up until 2010. Debbie Turner was nominated by Steve Devine and seconded by Steve Goytia for the one vacancy on the baord. All present voted yes for Debbie to be on the board. There was no opposition for the other board members so they were re-elected by proclamation.

The meetings will continue to be at the library the first Tues of the month at 6:30pm.

Since only 4 homeowners in attendance it was talked about how to get more people interested in taking part in the association. It was brought up by Chris Benoit to offer an incentive in the form of a drawing at the annual meeting of those in attendance to win free homeowner dues for 2 years. This was voted on and all were in agreement. To be eligible you must be current on dues payment and board members are not eligible.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:00 am with a motion by John Jones and second by Steve Devine. The board went in to closed session.

Linda called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm. Debbie read the secretaries report. Dave made a motion to accept, Steve seconded and all others were in agreement. Dave read the treasurers report. Erin made a motion to accept and Debbie seconded and all others were in agreement. Old business- the garages sales went well despite the weather. Debbie will send Janet Jones a thank you for placing the ad in the journal under her account. Steve will call the 2 owners who are not mowing their vacant lots and Debbie will follow up with letters. Steve talked to the attorney about the covenants being revised. She advised to form a committee to review and bring her the proposed revisions to check legality before they are brought to the association for a vote. We will compare them to other association’s covenants. No one has volunteers to be on the committee after the letter went out asking for volunteers. Erin made a motion to pay John Jones $70 for the lights not $35 since there are 2 in the box and Donnie Turner will install them. Dave seconded and all were in agreement. Erin also made a motion for Debbie to send letters to the 2 homeowners on Stone Ridge Dr with trailers in the driveway. Steve seconded and all others were in agreement. Linda asked that a second copy of the minutes be kept for future requests from homeowners for back records. Debbie made the motion and Dave seconded, all others were in agreement. Debbie will make the copies. We plan to have the minutes on the website in the future for all to view. Debbie will also give Linda the state fees for bulk copying. Erin made a motion to implement these fees and Debbie seconded. All others were in agreement. Linda will call the homeowner about the request for 5 years of records with the fee that must be paid before they are given. New Business: The tree house that was on the easement in the new section behind Erin was burned down on Monday so nothing will need to be addressed. Linda will talk to the attorney about what can legally be done about the dog run that has been in the back of the subdivision for many years. A homeowner was present to address the board about this and some other issues, a trailer and a pool of stagnant water. The homeowner will call the county about the pool as it is a health issue. We will wait to hear from the attorney on the other issue and then deal with the trailer and pile behind the shed. Linda will check with Larry Hinton about the voting record when the subdivision association was started at a homeowners request to view. Steve made a motion to pay Debbie $14.80 for copying costs, Erin seconded and all others were in agreement. This was for the copies of the covenants for the new board members and the memo that went out to all homeowners. The meeting was adjourned at 7:20 pm.

RIVER BEND WEST COMMUNITY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MONTHLY BOARD MEETING

Tuesday July 6, 2010 6:30pm Limestone Township Library

Board members present: Linda Faber, Erin Walker, Debbie Turner, Dave Rivard, Jim Gall, and Chris Benoit

The meeting was called to order at 6:35 pm by Linda. One homeowner was present. Debbie read the secretarie’s report. A motion was made by Erin to approve and seconded by Dave and all others were in agreement. Dave read the treasurer’s report and Debbie made a motion to approve, Erin seconded and all others approved. The mowing company complained about grass being dumped in the empty lot on Fox Run making it difficult to mow. A letter will be sent out asking that no grass be dumped on any vacant lots as they are actually private property. They are mowing these 2 lots on Fox Run and billing the homeowners per their request. The park has gotten quite long but has since been mowed. We will keep an eye on this.

Old Business: The attorney called to let us know that the lot with the landscaping issue will be done by the homeowner. They have hired Scenic Landscaping to do the work. All pending court action will be put on hold until next month. The complaint about the dog run and trailer and nonpayment of dues will be turned over to the attorney. Linda called the homeowner multiple times to tell them the fee for the copied minutes and reports they requested. They never returned any calls. A motion was made by Debbie to proceed with the attorney on this and seconded by Dave. There were 5 yes votes, one absent and one abstained. There is still a trailer on Stone Ridge Dr. A motion was made by Erin to send a final letter stating that this would be turned over to the attorney in 10 days if not moved and this was seconded by Chris. All others were in agreement. Dave will call since we have not received a final bill for the painting of the signs. Steve told Debbie he will have a meeting in August to go over the covenants and compare them to other associations. He will get a committee together.

New business: There were some complaints about pools in the new addition. This is not under our jurisdiction but Linda called Azzarelli to inquire what their ruling is on this for future reference. She was directed to Larry Hinton who said if it is not a permanent structure it is ok. The fall bonfire is tentatively set for Saturday October 2 at the park. Linda will call the attorney to check on our bill with her as we have never received one. Donnie will talk to Tom Martin about the drainage problem behind his house. If possible, he will get a skid steer from Tobey’s and knock it down. At the same time, he could do the river property and the pile on the empty lot on Fox Run to make it mowable. Late fee letter number 4 went to the 3 delinquent homeowners for dues. Linda will call the 2 families who have paid late in the past to see if there is a problem. Debbie was paid $20 for copying the minutes for the homeowner who requested them. There were over 200 pages.

RIVERBEND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION BOARD MEETING JULY 14, 2009 6:30PM

The meeting was called to order with a motion by Linda Faber and seconded by Dave Butz. A log was made for the board members to be able to contact each other by phone or email. The previous secretaries reports will be given to Linda but there were no notes available so a motion was made by Christy Strole to hold the secretaries report until next month and it was seconded by Tom Martin. All other members approved. Christy read the Treasurers report and she motioned to accept the report and it was seconded by Dave Butz. All others approved. It was brought up by Linda to possibly hire an outside manager to do a lot of the tasks that the treasurer is now doing, i.e. getting in touch with homeowners who are in violation and following up on it. This will be brought up at a later date.

Kathy Call presented a picture of the shed she would like to put up on her property on River Bend Dr. It is an all plastic building to be purchased from Menards and then put together on a cement pad. As per the covenants, any building put on your lot must be architecturally compatible with your house. A vote will be taken in closed session after further discussion of the board.

Other homeowners have complained that the rocks on three corners in the subdivision are a hazard to cars and children. It is not the job of the board to remove these as they are actually in violation of county code that there can be no obstruction 30 feet from the road and it is up to Glenn Kramer to take care of this. A letter will go out stating that he could remove these at any time if he deems necessary but is has nothing to do with the homeowners association.

It will also again be put in the newsletter that there is to be no grass or clipping dumping on empty lots or at the river. Dave states it is very hard on his mower when there is debris on the lots. Dave Butz and others put in a lot of time to clean up the river site and we want to keep it that way. We will look into putting up chains as a gate at the end of the summer if the problem continues. We will also put in the newsletter that if anyone sees some one dumping to please call the sheriff.

NEW BUSINESS:

The lot in the new addition with all the construction equipment is an eyesore. We will call Larry Hinton at 937-8700 and ask that the lot be cleaned up as it is a reflection on all of River Bend.

The next meeting will be on Aug 4 at Linda Faber’s house with dinner for the board to follow. The business meeting will be at 6pm. The board went in to closed session to discuss other issues.

A motion by Christy Strole to close the meeting was seconded by Debbie Turner. All others approved. The meeting was closed at 7:30pm.

Mr Schneider was back to request that the association pay ½ of a $13,000 bill to put drainage tile in his field to avert the flooding from run off from the subdivision. Again he was told we do not feel this is our responsibility. Azzarelli developed the subdivision and the county approved it He threatened a law suit but again he was told to follow up with the county as they are responsible He stated that Mr Girard changed the flow of water at the back of his lot, a lot of people have their down spouts going into the ditches, a lot of people use sprinklers and sump pumps and this is all causing the flooding of his farm ground according to him We will get in touch with Glenn Kramer about cleaning out the ditch at the back of the subdivision as Mr Schneider thinks this will help

A motion was made by Linda to go into closed session and a motion was made by John Jones and seconded by Dave Butz

Old Business was started when a call was received that there were people at the library for the meeting Linda told them it was on the website that the meeting was changed to her house this month for our annual cookout for the board The homeowners were welcome to come over which they did They were upset and aired their grievances and since we were already in closed session we let them speak and will talk about it at the next meeting.
