Linda_called_the_meeting_to_order_at_6:40pm.__There_was_no_public_comment._Christy_was_not_
present_so_the_treasurers_report_was_deferred_for_approval_until_next_month.__There_is_
approximately_$4600_left_in_the_account_though.__She_did_have_the_taxes_done_and_as_a_non_profit_
we_should_only_keep_10_%_of_our_income_carried_over_to_the_next_year.___Debbie_read_the_
secretaries_report.__Tom_made_a_motion_to_approve_and_Dave_seconded_it.__All_others_were_in_
agreement.___

meeting_times_and_dates.__Debbie__will_take_care_of_this_each_month._The_bill_was_given_to_Linda._
Dave_made_a_motion_to_approve_payment_of_$88.50_for_postage,_ink,_signs,_paper_and_lamenting.__
John_seconded_it_and_all_others_were_in_agreement._
The_third_bid_to_repair_the_signs_was_not_received_so_we_decided_to_go_with_the_2_bids_we_have.__

motion_to_use_Creative_Edge_at_$800_per_sign_and_John_seconded_it.__All_others_were_
in_agreement.__Linda_will_call_and_tell_them_to_start„_they_will_take_the_signs_down_one_at_a_time_
and_power_wash_and_paint_them_in_their_shop._Linda_called_the_attorney_and_the_paperwork_is_
starting_for_the_non_compliance_case.__Debbie_talked_to_the_homeowner_about_the_tree_and_told_
them_we_had_to_know_where_the_stakes_were_and_we_would_have_to_wait_until_Spring_for_that.__
Again_we
stated_that_even_if_the_tree_is_on_our_property,_if_it_is_not_a_threat_to_anyone_or_anything_
we_will_not_have_it_taken_down_as_we_do_not_ant_to_start_a_precedence.__Tom_did_talk_to_Dave_

They_asked_20_homeowners_and_all_said_no_to_be_on_the_board.__One_of_the_
board_members_will_prepare_a_short_speech_for_the_annual_meeting_to_try_to_get_3_new_board_
members.__We_will_talk_about_the_dues_increase,_mowing_bids,_budget,_election_and_hard_ship_
cases_at
the_annual_meeting.__This_will_all_be_on_the_agenda.__Since_Christy_was_not_available_
tonight_we_will_meet_a_little_before_the_annual_meeting_to_review_everything_and_then_meet_again_
after_and_have_no_meeting_in_March.___There_was_a_short_discussion_with_the_homeowners_present_
to_get_any
ideas_they_have_for_the_subdivision_We_were_asked_about_lawsuits_and_what_the_
process_was_for_recoupment_of_expenses.__We_explained_that_a_lien_is_placed_on_the_property_but_
the_association_has_to_pay_and_then_hope_for_reimbursement.__
Linda_asked_for_a_motion_to_go_into_closed_session_at_7:15_pm_which_was_made_by_Debbie_and_
seconded_by_Tom_and_all_others_were_in_agreement._

Rich_Berns_who_is_on_the_county_board_talked_to_Christy_about_the_rocks_on_the_corners._
He_stated_that_Mr_Kramer_would_remove_the_rocks_if_we_wanted_him_to_but_he_wants_one_of_our_
board_members_present_when_this_is_done.__We_decided_since_we_had_stated_before_that_this_is_not_
an_association_problem_but_a_township_problem_we_will_not_go_with_him.__We_understand_he_
probably_will_not_move_the_rocks_now._
One_homeowner_who_was_sent_a_letter_about_their_trailer_called_Linda_and_stated_that_they_are_out_
of_work_and_about_to_lose_their_house_and_can_not_afford_to_store_the_trailer_off_his_property.__He_
asked_for_some_time_and_we_will_discuss_this_at_the_next_meeting.__No_other_action_will_be_taken_
at_this_time._

will_go_to_another_homeowner_on_Stone_Ridge_Dr_with_a_trailer_in_the_front_yard._
The_trailer_will_be_added_to_the_lawsuit_already_in_progress_for_the_non_compliance_case._
