were Debbie Turner, Andrea Cinnamon, Lisa Meyer and Jim Muhlstadt. Three
homeowners were present.
SECRETARY’S REPORT
Read by Debbie with a motion to approve by Andrea, seconded by Lisa and
all others agreed.

OLD BUSINESS 37
ballots returned. 95 dues paid- 15 left. We will discuss the concert next month
and plan it for the end of summer. We discussed what Dave found out about the
Ash trees and will forward this in an email to all homeowners. We wanted to
help and try to get a group rate to cut down trees but each company said they
would have to do individual estimates for each homeowner. The info on using
garbage bags in the brown cans will be forwarded in the email also.
NEW BUSINESS Garage
sales will be June 16, 17 and 18. 8am to 4 pm and 8am to noon on Saturday.
Andrea will put the ad in the Journal and check the Pilot and the Herald prices
to get better coverage. A motion was made by Lisa and seconded by Andrea to pay
Debbie $32 for ink, paper, envelopes and stamps. All others agreed. A motion
was made by Lisa and seconded by Andrea to pay Datweiler insurance for the
board policy for $717. All others agreed. The houses on Valley View and River
Bend Dr both sold and Debbie will get them info on the association. An email
was sent asking what can be done with sticks and yard waste. Per our garbage
collection company, we can use brown bags and bundle sticks.
