RIVER BEND WEST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MONTHLY MEETING
WEDNESDAY JUNE 7, 2018 6:30 PM LIMESTONE LIBRARY
Called to order by Debbie Turner at 6:35 pm. Board members
present Andrea Cinnamon, Jim Muhlstadt, Lisa Meyer, Jeff Souligne. Two
homeowners present.
Secretary’s report was read by Debbie with a motion to
approve by Lisa and seconded by Jim and all others agreed.
Treasurer’s report was read by Debbie with a motion to
approve by Lisa and seconded by Jeff and all others agreed.
Old Business: Motion
to have concert on July 21 at the park with Tommy Edwards. Second choice would
be July 28. Lisa made motion, Jeff seconded and all others agreed. Debbie will
call him and set up and check with Haase’s to use electricity and Scott to hook
up that night. 3 people left to pay dues. Garage sales start tonight.
New Business: Andrea
made motion to pay $56 for taxes and Jeff seconded and all others agreed. Jeff
made motion to pay Ann Brezinski $540 and Andrea seconded and all others
agreed. The $700 mowing bill will also be paid. A motion was made for board
positions by Andrea and seconded by Lisa and all others agreed- Dave Baron for
president, Jeff Souligne for vice president and Debbie Turner for
secretary/treasurer. Alan Clodi was
present to thank the board for working so quickly to get his landscaping plans
approved. He asked if he could clean up some of the brush on the river bank to
make it easier to see the river view. It was unanimous with the board to
approve. He also asked if the tree at the 113 sign could be trimmed which we
will take care of.
