RIVER BEND WEST COMMUNITTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MONTHLY MEETING
WEDNESDAY MAY 3, 2017 6:30PM LIMESTONE LIBRARY
Called to order at 6:35 pm by Debbie. Board members present- Debbie Turner, Andrea Cinnamon, Jim Muhlstadt and Jeff Souligne. Three homeowners present.
Secretary’s report was read by Debbie with a motion to approve by Andrea and seconded by Jim and all others agreed.
Treasurer’s report was read by Debbie with a motion to approve by Andrea, seconded by Jeff and all others agreed.
Old Business  Andrea will put the ads for the garage sales in the Journal, Pilot and Herald. Debbie will put up signs. Debbie will get in touch with Tom Edwards for a price for the concert – possibly in late June or July. Debbie made a motion and Jeff seconded to table getting a covenant committee at this time.
New Business   Board positions will be selected next month if we have a full board present. Plans were presented for the shed and landscaping on the empty lot at the corner of Valley View and 113. The owner of the home has purchased the vacant lot. The plans are very specific but the shed is on the vacant lot which per covenants cannot be done. It was brought up about moving the shed to the other corner or consolidating the two lots. Debbie will call the attorney in the morning and get back to the homeowner as he is anxious to get started. Debbie will tell the homeowner with the drainage issues to start with the health department for possible sewage run off and if it is a true issue with the retention pond- we will get involved also. He was not at the meeting. Motion was made by Debbie to reimburse her for $13 for a burned out light bulb she replaced on the 113 sign.
The next meeting will be June 7 at 6:30 pm. Meeting adjourned at 7:10 pm.

Addendum   Ann Brezinski said as long as it is now one parcel she sees no reason he cannot do the shed as per plans as long as all specifications are within the covenants. The board approved the plans after the go ahead from Ann. All of this was done by email and those emails are printed and in the secretary’s notes.
