RIVER BEND WEST COMMUNITY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION ANNUAL MEETING
Saturday February 6, 2016   Limestone Library  10:30 am
Called to order at 10:30 am by Steve Devine. Board members present, Steve Devine, Dave Baron, Debbie Turner, Andrea Cinnamon and Lisa Meyer. One homeowner was present.
Secretary’s report was read by Debbie with a motion to approve by Dave and seconded by Steve and all others agreed.
Treasurer’s report was read by Debbie with a motion to approve by Dave seconded by Steve and all others agreed.
Old Business: Jim Muhlstadt has agreed to run for the board in the open position left by Bob West when he moved. There were no other names submitted by the nominating committee. Andrea, Betsy and Steve agreed to run again. Ballots will be sent out by mail/email with the listed names and a space for a write in. The 2016 budget was discussed.
New Business: none

WEDNESDAY JANUARY 6, 2016 6:30 PM LIMESTONE LIPRARY
CALLED TO ORDER at 6:45 pm by Steve Devine. Board members present: Steve Devine, Dave Baron, Debbie Turner and Lisa Meyer
SECRETARY’S REPORT was read by Debbie with a motion to approve by Dave, seconded by Lisa and all others agreed.

OLD BUSINESS   none
NEW BUSINESS  The annual meeting will be Saturday February 6, 2016 at 10:30 am at the Limestone Library. The form was filled out for the meeting room for the annual meeting and the monthly meetings. Debbie will get the taxes done when she receives the last bank statement. The accountant we have been using retired so the taxes will be done at Jeffery and Johns. Terms are up for Betsy, Andrea and Steve and there is one opening for Bob West, who moved. A nominating committee was chosen consisting of Rich Berns, Dale Meyer and Shan Cinnamon. Debbie will ask them. A few names were brought up as potential board members and board members will contact them to see if they are interested. Debbie will send out annual meeting notices by email and mail to those without email.  The letter received by a board member about taxes and the Shell money has been resolved with no money owed. Debbie will get the email signature of the new homeowners at 2815 Stone Ridge Dr.

OLD BUSINESS  All dues are paid now and only one email signature left to get- at least 4 attempts plus mail have been done.
NEW BUSINESS One board member received an inquiry from when she filed taxes questioning the shell reimbursement- stating she owed money. She will let us know what her accountant has to say. The person Dave thought might be interested in being on the board is not available. The concern over a new fence being on the property line was unfounded.

RIVER BEND WEST COMMUNITY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MONTHLY MEETING
Wednesday October 7, 2015 Limestone Library  6:30 pm

Called to order at 6:30 pm by Steve Devine. Board Members present were Steve Devine, Debbie Turner, Andrea Cinnamon, Betsy Benoit, and Lisa Meyer. One homeowner was present.
Secretary’s report was read by Debbie with a motion to approve by Steve, seconded by Andrea and all others agreed.
Treasurer’s report was ready by Debbie with a motion to approve by Steve, seconded by Betsy and all others agreed.
Old Business: Lisa made a motion to adopt the mission statement, Steve seconded and all others agreed. It will be posted on the website. We will follow up with Dave next month if he was able to find a new board member. We will wait till Spring to discuss bonfire, concert, movies, Easter egg hunt etc. We will hopefully form an entertainment committee. Debbie made a motion to accept the new homeowner newsletter to be distributed when someone new moves in. It will include board member info, website info etc. Andrea seconded and all others agreed.
New Business: Steve made a motion to pay Datweiler Insurance $1247, Lisa seconded and all others agreed.  One homeowner was present who is also on the County Board and he had some questions about complaints he is getting from the new addition to River Bend which is not in our association. We talked about who to contact about mowing complaints he has received. He will get in touch with Azzarelli Development.
